Delicious afternoon tea with a Japanese spin. Macha scone was a good idea as was the chicken sandwich. I'm not big on olives, but it was a beautiful little slice with edible flowers. Desserts at the top were my favourite of course. Well done and well priced.

Relaxing place very close to the Sendai Station and a must-visit for me every time I come to Sendai. I recommend the afternoon tea set as shown on the photos.

Very nice place for a coffee meet. The afternoon tea package (one dessert + either coffee or tea) is very good value. The wait time was a bit long but that’s because it’s a popular place. The cakes were great! They used ingredients from all over the Tohoku region to make the desserts. The cheesecake was awesome! The staff were very nice and friendly even though I didn’t speak Japanese. Just be aware - there are 2 hotel metropolitans at Sendai station, one is the East building and the other is just Hotel Metropolitan. This lobby lounge is at the old building: Hotel Metropolitan.
